We launch, watch the first numbers and fix the bottlenecks. From there the project either closes or moves onto a retainer.

What people ask before we start
Is it really just the two of you?
Yes. Sergey does development, websites, Telegram Mini Apps, CRM and Google and Yandex advertising. His wife runs social accounts, shoots and content. We deliberately do not scale into an agency: you always talk to the person doing your work, not to a manager passing it along.
What does a website cost?
A landing page starts at $900, a company site at $1,900, an online store at $4,400. The exact figure depends on page count, integrations and whether copy and photography already exist. After the first call we give you a final number and we do not move it.
What is a Telegram Mini App and why would I want one?
It is an app that opens inside Telegram, from a chat link or a bot. Your customer does not download anything from an app store, register or type in a phone number — they are already in the messenger. It works well for booking, catalogues, loyalty schemes and repeat sales. It costs less than a mobile app and ships in three to five weeks.
Do you build regular mobile apps?
No. Telegram Mini Apps only. We do not take on work we do not do ourselves.
What is the minimum ad budget?
Management is $500 a month; you pay the ad spend to the platform separately. Below roughly $600 a month in spend it usually makes no sense to start: there is not enough data to optimise on, and we would simply spend your money teaching the algorithm.
Do you only work in Kazakhstan?
No. We are based in Shymkent and work remotely. Current projects are in Kazakhstan and Russia; contracts and payment are possible in tenge, roubles, dollars or euros.
What do you build on?
A modern stack with no heavy page builders: pages are served pre-rendered, so the site loads fast and indexes properly. You keep the source code — you are not tied to us forever.
What if it does not work out?
One-off projects: cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel during the work and we keep the value of what is done and refund the rest. Retainers end at the close of the paid month, and all access and materials stay with you.
How fast do you reply?
Weekdays 10:00–19:00 Shymkent time, within two hours. Evenings and weekends, the next morning.
