FAQ
How is this different from a normal bot?
A bot is a conversation: buttons and messages one after another. A Mini App is a real screen with images, filters, a cart and forms, like a website. Scrolling a hundred-product catalogue in a bot is impossible; in a Mini App it is normal. Usually we build both — the bot brings people in, the app sells.
Does the customer have to install anything?
No. They already have Telegram, and that is enough. The app opens from a link in a second and takes up no space on their phone.
Do you build regular mobile apps?
No. Telegram Mini Apps only. We do not take on work we would have to hand to someone else.
Can it take payments?
Yes. We connect a provider that works where you are: in Kazakhstan usually Kaspi and cards, in Russia local acquirers, for international clients Telegram Stars or a global provider.
What if my customers use WhatsApp, not Telegram?
Then you do not need a Mini App, and we will say so. Look at your own audience: if they live in WhatsApp, put the money into the website and ads instead. Selling you something that will not work is bad business for us.
How long does it run without further work?
The app runs itself. You need changes when your process changes or you add something new. Hosting and support run from about $80 a month.
