Four things we do
Advertising measured in enquiries
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct. We do not report impressions and clicks, because those are not money. We report what an enquiry cost and how many of them turned into customers.
When people come to us
- The ads are running, the money is going out, and the enquiries are not coming in.
- The last agency sent a report with forty charts and it was impossible to tell if it was working.
- Nobody knows which channel brings customers and which just spends.
- There is a site but nobody to drive traffic to it.
What's included
Audit and strategy
What has worked, what has not, where your audience actually is, and what you can afford to pay for a customer.
Keyword research
The searches that bring people with money, and the negative keywords that keep out the ones who waste it.
Campaign launch
Structure, ads, bids, audiences. Search separate from display, display separate from remarketing.
Analytics
Goals, events and a chain from click to enquiry to deal. Without it there is nothing to optimise against.
Ongoing management
Weekly work on bids, ads and audiences. Not set-and-forget.
Reporting
Once a month, on one page: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, what happens next. Plus access to the accounts, which are yours.
How it runs
- 01
Audit
We review where things stand and work out the cost per enquiry that makes you money. 3–5 days.
- 02
Preparation
Keywords, ads, analytics, goals. 5–10 days.
- 03
Launch
Campaigns go live; the first two weeks are close observation and correction.
- 04
Optimisation
From week three we cut what does not work and scale what does.
- 05
Report and plan
End of month: what happened and what we do next.
What it costs
Prices are set separately in each currency rather than converted at an exchange rate, so they do not go stale.
Ad management
from 250 000 ₸42 000 ₽$500460 € / per month
One or two channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads or Yandex Direct.
- Audit and strategy
- Setup from scratch
- Weekly optimisation
- Analytics and goals
- Monthly report
- Accounts stay in your name
You pay ad spend to the platform directly; it never passes through us. Below roughly $600 a month in spend it usually makes no sense to start: the algorithm has too little data and the money goes into training it rather than into customers.

FAQ
What does management cost?
$500 a month for one or two channels. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to the platform. We do not take a percentage of spend — that is a conflict of interest, because it rewards us for making you spend more.
Why more than an agency charges?
Because the campaigns are run by the person who built your site and knows where the traffic lands, not by a junior with thirty accounts. If all you want is for something to be running, there are cheaper offers on the market, and we will tell you honestly that cheaper is exactly what you will get.
Will you work for a share of sales?
It is negotiable, but we usually talk people out of it. A revenue share needs access to your books and produces arguments about whose sale it was. What works is a fixed fee plus a bonus for beating an agreed target.
How soon are there results?
First enquiries in week one or two. Meaningful optimisation from week three, once there is data. A stable cost per lead usually by month two or three. Anyone promising results in a week is selling you a lottery ticket.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts with delegated access. If we part ways, the campaign history, audiences and everything the algorithm learned stay with you — and that is half the value.
What if the advertising does not pay for itself?
It might not, and we say so before we start. That is exactly why the first thing we do is work out what you can afford to pay for a customer. If the arithmetic does not work, we will tell you to fix the site or the offer first, not the advertising.
Tell us what you are trying to do
We reply within two hours during working hours. The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
