Four things we do
CRM so enquiries stop getting lost
Half the money a small business loses is enquiries nobody replied to. CRM is not magic — it simply stops things being forgotten. We configure it around how you actually sell, not how a textbook says you should.
When people come to us
- Enquiries arrive in WhatsApp, Telegram, email and Instagram, and some of them vanish.
- A salesperson left and took the customer conversations with them.
- Nobody can say how many deals are in play or what stage they are at.
- You bought a CRM a year ago and nobody uses it.
What's included
Process review
We look at how a deal really moves from first contact to payment, and configure around that rather than the other way round.
Pipeline setup
Stages, required fields, automatic tasks. Not twenty stages nobody fills in.
Channel connection
Site, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, telephony — all landing in one feed.
Automation
Reminders, automatic tasks, alerts to the owner when a deal stalls.
Reporting
How many enquiries, how many deals, where they drop off. Three reports you will actually look at, not forty you will not.
Training
A live session with the team and a short manual. Without it a CRM dies within a month.

FAQ
Which CRM should I pick?
If you sell services and need a clear simple pipeline, amoCRM. If you need tasks, documents, stock and the whole company working inside one system, Bitrix24. We will tell you which after a conversation — there is no universal answer, and we will not sell you the more expensive one just because it is more expensive.
What does it cost?
From $1,100 for the rollout. The exact figure depends on the number of users, how many channels you connect and whether data has to be migrated from an old system. We settle it during the review stage: quoting before understanding your process would not be honest.
Is the CRM licence included?
No, you pay the subscription to the vendor directly. That way the account is yours and you are not dependent on us.
Can data be migrated from our current CRM?
Usually yes — most systems have an export. Before we start we check what can actually be pulled out and in what shape, and tell you up front what will not survive the move.
My team will not use a CRM. What then?
That is the most common reason rollouts fail, and it is almost never about the people — it is about configuration. If closing one deal means filling in fifteen fields, nobody will do it. We build the smallest pipeline that works and grow from there, and we train the team in person rather than sending a video.
Tell us what you are trying to do
We reply within two hours during working hours. The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
